The map on the phone

See the day you're looking at on Agenda as numbered pins on a map, and hand any stop to your maps app.

To open the map

  1. On Agenda, page to the day you want.
  2. Tap Map at the top.

What you'll see. A map titled Map — and the day, with a numbered pin for each stop in your running order and a line joining them in that order. The line follows the roads when Lupa can work out the driving path, and runs straight from stop to stop when it can't.

Personal-time blocks have no address, so they are not on the map.

If it says "1 stop not yet mapped". That many stops have no map position yet — usually because the address has not been located. They are still on your agenda; the office can check the address — see Accounts and service locations.

If it says "Nothing scheduled." There are no visits on that day.

If it says "No mapped stops yet." The day has visits, but none of their addresses has been located yet. They are still on your agenda.

If a banner says the pins are from the last load that worked. The app could not reach Lupa, so the pins may be out of date. Open the map again once you have signal. If nothing could be loaded at all, the map says so and offers Retry.

Get directions to a stop

To navigate from the map

  1. Tap a pin. A panel opens with the stop's number, client, status and address.
  2. Tap Navigate to open the address in your phone's maps app, or Details to open the visit.
