Lupa Dash for admins

Lupa Dash is the office view of Lupa: where admins answer customers, book and move work, bill, and set the company up.

Lupa Dash is for admins and owners only. A technician who signs in is taken to Lupa Tech instead — see For technicians.

Running dispatch is a job, not a role. Whoever books visits and moves work between technicians does it from Lupa Dash as an admin; there is no separate dispatcher account.

The left rail holds one button per area. The rail can show each button's name or only its icon; an icon shows its name when you hover over it. On a narrow screen the rail opens from the menu button in the top bar.

The tour below runs a crew from Lupa Dash: a week of visits rolled up into one draft invoice, a new client added, an account removed behind its typed confirmation, drive times read on the map, and a visit handed to another technician.

Below those, at the bottom of the rail:

  • Theme switches between light and dark. Until you choose, Lupa follows your device's setting.
  • Notifications opens your notification feed. See Notifications.
  • Profile opens your own name, contact details and working hours. See Signing in and your account.
  • Settings opens the company settings. See Settings.
  • Contact support sends a request to Lupa. See Getting help from Lupa.
  • Sign out ends your session.
