Settings¶
Settings holds the company-wide setup in Lupa Dash: your company's details, your own profile, messaging status, text-consent compliance and how Lupa bills you.
Settings is part of Lupa Dash, so only admins and owners reach it. Technicians change their own profile from Lupa Tech — see Signing in and your account.
Open Settings¶
To open Settings, choose Settings near the bottom of the left rail. It opens on the Company tab. Choose another tab along the top to switch.
The tabs¶
| Tab | What it holds | Help |
|---|---|---|
| Company | Company name, Logo and Tenant timezone. | Your company's name, logo and timezone |
| Profile | Your own name, email, phone, working hours, personal timezone override and password. | Signing in and your account |
| Comms status | Whether text messaging and email are working, and the address to forward customer email to. | Is messaging working? |
| Compliance | SMS consent compliance: consent counts, customers still pending past a set number of days, a button to resend all of them, and Export consent records (CSV). | Consent across your customer base |
| Lupa billing | Your Lupa plan, your latest Lupa invoice, and the card Lupa charges. | Lupa billing and your trial |
When a text or email channel is not working, a Comms conversation shows a warning pill for it; choosing the pill opens Settings straight onto the Comms status tab.
