Your company's name, logo and timezone

The Company tab in Settings holds your company's name, its logo and the timezone your calendar runs on.

Only admins and owners can change these: the tab is part of Lupa Dash, which technicians do not reach.

Change your company's name

  1. Choose Settings in the left rail. It opens on the Company tab.
  2. Edit the name under Company name.
  3. Choose Save.

Lupa confirms with "Company name updated." The name can't be left blank.

Put your logo on Lupa

Your logo replaces the Lupa wordmark at the top of the left rail in Lupa Dash and Lupa Tech, and in the top bar on a narrow screen. Until you upload one, the Lupa wordmark is shown.

To upload a logo:

  1. Open Settings → Company.
  2. Under Logo, choose a file. PNG, JPEG or SVG, up to 512 KB.
  3. Choose Upload logo. The button appears once a file is chosen.

Lupa confirms with "Logo uploaded." and the rail shows the new logo straight away. A new upload replaces the old logo.

If the file is refused, the message under the picker says why:

  • "File too large (max 512 KB)" — shrink the image and try again.
  • "Only PNG, JPEG, and SVG allowed" — save the logo in one of those formats.

To remove the logo, choose Remove beside it and confirm. Lupa confirms with "Logo removed." and the wordmark comes back.

The field app on a phone does not show your logo.

Set your company's timezone

The company timezone decides which calendar day a recurring visit lands on and what "today" means across Lupa. Set it to the zone your business works in.

  1. Open Settings → Company.
  2. Choose your zone from Tenant timezone.
  3. Choose Save.

Lupa confirms with "Timezone updated."

The list offers eight zones: seven US zones — America/New_York, America/Chicago, America/Denver, America/Los_Angeles, America/Phoenix, America/Anchorage, Pacific/Honolulu — and Etc/UTC. If your company is already set to a zone outside that list, it stays selected so that saving does not change it by accident.

Each person can also set a Personal timezone override on their own profile. Leaving it blank uses the company timezone, which is right for almost everyone. See Signing in and your account.
