Your team¶
The roster of people in your company, and where to invite them, see what a technician can reach, and remove access when somebody leaves.
Team in the Lupa Dash left rail holds the roster. Lupa Dash is for admins and owners only, so only they can see or change the team. A technician who opens the dashboard is sent to Lupa Tech instead.
Every person has one of two roles:
- Admin — uses Lupa Dash: dispatch, clients, billing, recurring schedules, pricing, comms, team and settings.
- Technician — uses Lupa Tech in a browser and the field app. Lupa Tech shows their own schedule and the open pool, and lists the clients their work touches — see What a technician can see.
Look at the roster¶
To see who is on your team
- Choose Team in the left rail.
What you'll see. Everyone on the team, sorted by name, each with their role (Admin or Technician) beneath. People who have been deactivated carry an Inactive badge. If any invites have been sent and not yet accepted, they are listed under Pending invites at the bottom of the list.
To see one person's details
- Choose their name in the list.
What you'll see. Their name, role and status (Active or Deactivated), their email and phone, and — for an active person holding work — a line such as Holds 3 upcoming visits. Beside it is Deactivate (or Reactivate for someone already deactivated). Beneath is Client assignments.
If the list is empty. It reads No team members yet. Click + to invite.
On a narrow screen. The list fills the screen; choosing a person opens their details full-width, with Back at the top to return to the list.
