For technicians¶
The two ways a technician works in Lupa — Lupa Tech in a browser and the field app on an Android phone — and which one to reach for.
Two ways in, one day of work¶
Both surfaces show the same day. A visit you start in one shows as started in the other and on the office's dispatch board.
- Lupa Tech is the technician view in a web browser, at
/techon your company's Lupa address. It runs on a laptop, a tablet or a phone browser, and it is how you work from an iPhone. See Lupa Tech in a browser. - The field app is the Android app. It carries the day on the phone, adds a few field-only shortcuts, and can add personal time to your day. See The field app.
Where you land when you sign in¶
A technician who signs in lands on Lupa Tech. Lupa Dash, the office view, is for admins and owners: if a technician opens it, Lupa sends them back to Lupa Tech.
